A super tasty and easy coffee ice cream that is quickly whipped together and frozen without an ice cream machine. It doesn't get any easier than this, try it yourself!
Psst. If you want the same beautiful marbling as in the picture, let the ice cream sit in the freezer for an hour, then take it out, pour over chocolate sauce, and swirl (but not too much), then let it freeze for the remaining time!

Ingredients
- 2.5 dl heavy cream (40%)
- 1 vanilla bean
- 4 tbsp sour cream
- 4 tbsp honey
- 50 g milk chocolate, coarsely grated
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tbsp instant coffee powder
- flake salt
- chocolate sauce
Directions
Split the vanilla bean lengthwise with a sharp knife, scrape out the seeds, and place them in a stand mixer.
Add the cream, sour cream, honey, chocolate, egg yolks, coffee, and a pinch of salt.
Whip at high speed for 6 minutes or until the ice cream mixture has soft peaks.
Pour the mixture into a container and freeze for 4 hours.
Take the ice cream out 15 minutes before serving for the best result, and serve with chocolate sauce.
