Sgroppino with Campari

Sgroppino is a wonderful dessert drink with lemon sorbet and prosecco. This is a version with Campari - a real winner.

Ingredients
- 4 servings lemon sorbet [4 scoops]
- 40 cl prosecco
- 10 cl Campari
Directions
Start by placing the chosen serving glasses in the freezer. Put the sorbet, prosecco, and Campari in a blender. Blend quickly and pour into the serving glasses. Optionally, top with a small sprig of lemon balm.
You can also make sgroppino without a blender. In that case, put the sorbet in a bowl, pour in the prosecco and Campari, and stir with a hand whisk to the desired consistency.
